GENERAL INFORMATION:

What is the cost?

• $200

• Additional fees required by the City of Brentwood:

  • $50 for non-Brentwood residents in Williamson County

  • $100 for non-Williamson County residents.

Who can play?

• Ages 5-17, Co-ed

What are the age groups?

• Player’s age determined as of March 1, 2026

• Age groups: 6U, 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U, 17U

When/where are games and practices?

• Crockett Park and other local fields TBD

• Games on Sundays after 12:00pm (possibly weeknight if rainouts)

• Season: March 22 - May 17th (no games 4/5/26)

• Practice times TBD by coaches

What is provided?

• NFL Jersey, belt, and flags

What is needed?

• Cleats, shorts without pockets, and mouthguard

Will there be a competitive division?

Yes! In all age groups with enough teams, we will have both a "competitive/bring your own team" and a "rec/drafted" division. Brentwood Blaze Directors reserve the right to move your team to a different level, if necessary, to ensure competitive games.

Can we "bring a full team"?

Yes, to "bring a full team", you must have a Head Coach:

1. The Head Coach must register to coach on the separate coaching application and provide a list of all players on your team.

2. All players must then register individually on the team player registration to be assigned to your team.

3. A complete team must have a minimum of 8 players and a maximum of 10 players.

4. IF you have less than 8 players, Brentwood Blaze reserves the right to add an individual player(s) to your team, if necessary.

Can my child play with a couple friends?

Coaches will be made aware of all friend requests on draft night but will draft their own teams.

Can my player "play up" in an older age group?

All requests will be considered on an individual basis and must be approved by our Flag Directors. Email administrator@brentwoodblaze.org to request an age exception.

Can my player play on multiple teams?

• Players may NOT play on multiple teams within the same age group.
• Players may NOT play "down" in a lower age group.
• If your player wishes to play "up" on a second team, you will need to complete an entire second registration and pay a new player fee.
• Please note: there is no guarantee game times will not conflict.

Can I sign up my child individually?

Absolutely! All players who register individually without a coach will be drafted on a team following preseason evaluations.

How many players are on a team?

• We play 5v5. Maximum of 10 per roster.

When does registration close?

• Registration cutoff is January 31st or when all spots are full, whichever is first.

Interested in coaching?

• Please apply to coach on our separate coaching application.

• All coaches MUST be approved by the Brentwood Blaze coaching committee.

• Background checks are required and there will be a mandatory coach meeting in late February.
