Participants residing outside Brentwood City limits and County of Williamson are subject to different fees. See Registration letter.
Families with more than one child receive a $15 discount on each additional participant. This includes cheerleaders. Please deduct from your check.

2008 Football registrations may be limited due to limited equipment and resources. The Blaze wants to ensure the best experience possible. New Blaze participants, living outside Brentwood city limits and outside Williamson County, will be put on a wait list and notified by Mid-July as to acceptance in the program. New participants will be accepted from Brentwood city limits, Williamson County. Returning players (regardless of location) will be accepted and allowed to register by mail through June 15th. Late registration of returning players may be subject to wait list.
Blaze Football Camp is separate from Fall Registration. Do not mail camp form with regular registration or you will not be counted in the camp. Registration form, Parent Code of Conduct and payment must accompany all registration. BIRTH CERTIFICATE required if you did not play for the blaze last season. New registration not accepted without a copy of new player/cheerleader birth certificate.
